He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Leon; his wife Joyce Sizemore of Sulligent, AL; his son Rodney Sizemore (Cheryl Dawn) of Sulligent, AL; his stepson Richard Knolton Hankins (Robin) of Birmingham, AL; his stepgrandsons, Daniel and Joshua Salas Several; and his parents, Daniel Midilton and Margie Sizemore. He was also cherished by Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins Dog.
