He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Noe and Irma Prothro Noe. He is survived by: his wife Lockie Reese Noe of Sulligent, AL; his children, Carlyle Noe (Laine) of Sulligent, AL, Rhoda Horton (James) and Amanda Aikens (Marvin) of Mobile, AL.; his grandchildren, Grayson Taft (Felecia), Josh Aikens (Anna), Eli Aikens (Casey), Harper Noe and Reese Noe; his great grandchildren, Evelyn Taft and Avery Taft; and his siblings, Harold Noe and Mary Alice Ford.
