He is survived by: his wife Wanda Gail Prowell of Sulligent, AL; his children, Edward "Eddie" Nails (Megan) of Nauvoo, AL and Ashley Lockett (Antonio) of Sharpsburg, GA.; and his great grandchildren, Kaigen Tripp and Sophia Nails.
