She was predeceased by: her parents, Elgie Nails and Lestie Nails; her husband Johnny James Bankhead; her daughter Arma Jean Bankhead; and her siblings, Clifton, Lecil, Willie B. Nails and Lois Hackman.
She is survived by: her children, John Edward Bankhead (Linda) of West Point, MS, Janice Bankhead of Sulligent, AL and Mary Bankhead of Oklahoma City, OK. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, 1 GG Grandchild, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
