He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harvey, Essie Otts, Clarence and Beatrice Puckett; and his parents-in-law, Raymond and Martha Johnson.
He is survived by: his mother Patsy Ann Otts; his wife Lena Puckett of Sulligent, AL; his father Bro. Edward Puckett; his children, Matthew Puckett (Arry) and Chelsea Goude (Jeffrey); his siblings, Bro. Mark Puckett (Shelley) and Sheila Hester of Malvern, AR; and his grandchildren, Gunner Goude, Benson Goude, Asher Goude and Ryne Puckett.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Trinity Youth Camp, 1835 Co. Hwy 3, Guin, AL, 35563.
