He was predeceased by: his parents, Vartaman Guyton and Bessie Smith Guyton; his son Chris Guyton; his sister Nella Jean Stanford; and his brother-in-law Charlie Gosa.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Gosa of Beaverton, AL, Virginia White (Jimmy) of Beaverton, AL, Ralph Guyton of Hamilton, AL and Richard Guyton (Cheryl) of Hamilton, AL; and his son Steve Guyton of Winfield, AL. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
