She was predeceased by: her father John "Buddy" McDowell; her stepfather Steve McDonald; and her grandmother Eula Dean Smith. She is survived by: her close friend Roland "Prep" Neal of Sulligent, AL; her mother Sue McDonald of Sulligent, AL; her children, Rodney Tyler Cobb of Lawton, OK and Meaghan Cobb of Lawton, OK.; and her siblings, Jonathan "Hub" McDowell of Sullligent, AL. and Dorothy McDowell of Sulligent, AL.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sulligent Lake Pavilion (2305 Sulligent Lake Rd, Sulligent, AL 35586).
