He is survived by: his parents, Dewey Lee Carruth and Barbara Woolbright Carruth of Sulligent, AL; his wife Samantha Sandlin Carruth of Sulligent, AL; his children, Clay Carruth of Sulligent, AL and Annia Belle Carruth of Sulligent, AL; his brother Barry Carruth (Jenny) of Sulligent, AL; his nephew Casey Carruth of Sulligent, AL; his niece Summer Christian (Matt) of Vernon, AL; and his grandparents, Cecil, Robbie O'Mary Carruth, Jack and Lula Bell King Woolbright.
