He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden Cleveland and Omie Erdeal Patrick. He is survived by: his siblings, Cecil Patrick of Vernon, AL and Ann Glasgow (Danny) of Jasper, AL; and his sister-in-law Virginia Patrick. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
