With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Hicks Sr. of Stockton, Alabama, born in Goodway, Alabama, who passed away on February 7, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Lynn Bell Hicks of Stockton, AL; his children, Douglas R. Hicks (Kristen) of Bay Minette, AL, Natalie L. Wilson (Harry) of Stockton, AL and Amy Hicks Johnson of Bay Minette, AL; his brother Billy Hicks (Mary) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Easton Johnson, Brittany Lister (Dalton), Alexa Hicks and Caden Hicks; and his great grandchild Casey Lister.
Although the family will accept flowers, they suggest memorial contributions be made to the North Baldwin Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 190, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
