He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolan Bethea Thomas and Eleanor Jellenc Thomas; his brother Malcolm Glenn Thomas of Ogden, UT; his wife Joyce Mitchell Thomas; his children, Catherine Ann Thomas Boden (Mark) of Olive Branch, MS and Billy Ray Thomas, Jr.; his brothers, James Harold Thomas of Daphne, AL and Steve Allen Thomas (Nancy); his grandchildren, Kristen Audree Sullivan (Skipper) of Fairhope, AL and Wraychel Renee Hudson; his great grandchildren, Olivia Kate Sullivan of Fairhope, AL and Harper Grace Sullivan; his aunt Marion Jellenc of Daphne, AL; and his cousins, Mary Nell Neal (J. D.) of Meridian, MS, E. L. Jellenc (Peggy) of Meridian, MS, Emma Dean Davidson of Meridian, MS and Susan Clark of Highland, CA. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
