With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Benjamin Ausphera Hastie of Stockton, Alabama, who passed away on May 5, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Darrington Hastie and Florence Cox Hastie. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Norwood Hastie; his children, Samantha Elizabeth Hastie and Benjamin Darrington Hastie; and his siblings, William Darrington Hastie, Jr., Carolyn Hastie Peavy and Claire Hastie Allstadt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
