He was predeceased by: his brother Johnny Hughes; and his grandparents, Weeter Hughes and Ed Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Gail Hughes; and his children, Gerald Hughes (Misty), Howard Hughes (Sandy) and Blenda Clinton (Tim). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.
