He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Perkins and Virgie Perkins; and his siblings, Charles Perkins, Jerry Perkins, Joyce Perry, Jean Stevens and Katherine Guinn.
He is survived by: his wife Dot Perkins; and his children, Tommy Perkins (Barbara), Jimmy Perkins (Rita), Wally Perkins (Jamie), Mary Ann Perkins and Bill Perkins (Joan). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Stevenson.
