He is survived by: his wife Lynn McMahan Maples; his children, Bruce Maples (Danielle) of Bryant, AL, Michael Maples of Flat Rock, AL, Matthew Maples (Brooke) of Ooltewah, TN and Kassidy Maples of Stevenson, AL; his grandchildren, Olivia Maples, Luke Maples and Blake Maples; and his sister Andra Smith of Louisiana.
