He was predeceased by: his daughter Kim Rudder Cagle; and his parents, Whit Watts and Nogie Watts. He is survived by: his wife Nina Watts; his children, Jamie Perkins (Wally) and Tim Watts (Vicki); his grandchildren, Karrie Perkins, Mike Cagle (Myoungmi), Becky Curtis (Ryan) and Matthew Perkins (Kim); and his great grandchildren, Kris Cato, Audrey Curtis, Emmett Curtis and Jioh Cagle.
