He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Sartin and Dorothy Delorse Mackey Sartin; his wives, Dorothy Sartin and Vernie Anderson Sartin; his son Gerald Sartin; and his brothers, Calvin Sartin, Alvis Sartin, Kenneth Sartin and Gerald Sartin.
He is survived by: his grandson Michael Sartin; his siblings, Izella Lanford, Vada Rich (Joe), Hazel Carlton (Red), Geraldine Phillips (Jerry), Mary VanAllman, Cecil Sartin (Hady) and Bobby Sartin (Martha); his niece Lydia Pellam (Larry); and also, Katie and Mitchell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
