She was predeceased by: her parents, William Freeman and Bonnie Ruth Coffman; her husband David Cook; her son Eric Lee Cooper; and her brother-in-law Jerry Walker.
She is survived by: her son Ryan Cooper (Erica); her grandchildren, Lane, Dylan, Ethan and Jacob Cooper; her sisters, Freeda Walker, Mary Coffman and Shirley Daniels (Norman); and her nephew Michael Phillips.
