She was predeceased by: her parents, Pat Burnette and Ava Burnette; her siblings, Sonny, Jerre Burnette and Patsy Rich; and her nieces, Ann Perry and Loretta McGee.
She is survived by: her children, Rusty Boldin (Jerri), Cindy Boldin and Stacy Turner (Justin); her grandchildren, Randall Boldin (Jennifer), Shawna Winters (Torrey), Tyler Boldin (Megan), Jacob Blevins (Ali), Alex Boldin, Brett Boldin and Christopher Blevins (Emily); her great grandchildren, Cade Grady, Bree, Tripp Boldin, Addy Grace, Caroline Blevins and Tatum Winters; her brother Jimmy Burnette (Linda); and her sister-in-law Barbara Burnette. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
