With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leo Carter of Stevenson, Alabama, who passed away on August 12, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Virdys R. "Boots" Carter; his parents, Clyde Carter and Nell Carter; his brothers, Clyde Raymond Carter Jr. and Phillip Grogan Carter; his grandson Jake; and his stepdaughter Sondra.
He is survived by: his children, Roxana Nicholson, Gina Rainwater and Marianne Carter; his stepson Richard Hollowell; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Lori, Michael, Jenny, Charles, Tiffany, Allen and Taylor. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
