He is survived by: his children, James Sampley (Robin), Mike Sampley and Kimberly Campbell; his stepdaughters, Teddy Zaring and Lori Wheatley (Andy); and his sister Mary Etta Barnes (Arkie). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
