She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack "Jackie" Pack (Loretta) and Lucy Mae Pack; her half-brother Calvin Pack; her grandparents, Harry "Crickett" Pack and Willie Perry; and her great-grandparent Eliza Morris.

She is survived by: her brother Kyle Pack (Charlotte); her half-brother Jack Allen Pack (Jeannie); her uncles, James Russell Perry and Tim Pack (Barbara); her nephews, Taylor Pack (Teresa) and Thomas Pack; her niece Whitney Pack; her great-nephews, Nathan Pack and Waylon Young; and her sister-in-law Teresa Pack. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and great aunts and uncles.
