He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Oakes Boyd and Gilbert Herschel Boyd; his former wife Else Stephens Boyd; his son David Stephens Boyd; and his stepgranddaughter Samantha Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Buckner Boyd; his son Patrick Stephens Boyd (Margaret); his stepchildren, William Stewart (Suzanne) and Margaret Morr (John); and his stepgrandchildren, Jim Stewart (Rebecca), Jordan Stewart, Ragan Stewart, William Morr and Jacob Morr.
Because of Covid there will be no visitation or formal services.
