She is survived by: her children, Clinton Coffman, Matthew Coffman (Vickie), Vickie Lacy (Tim) and Debbie Kirk (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Kristy Coffman, Jeremy Matthews, Haley Poe, Ridge Coffman, Brent Coffman and Sydney Lacy; and her brother Donnie Haley. She is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren.
