He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Duggan" and Ida Warren Gothard; his siblings, Denise Graham (Bill), James "Skip" Gothard and Mike Gothard; and his grandparents, Frank, Eula Hughes Warren, Walter Berry and Mary Belle Gothard.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Graham Gothard; his children, Stacy Potts (Chris), Amy Gothard (Ped) and Keith Gothard; his grandchildren, Madison Gothard, Baylee Gothard, Seth Potts, Hayden Potts, Brody Potts and Marlee Spurgeon; and his brothers, Roger Gothard and Danny Gothard (Cindy). He is also survived by nieces nephews, and friends.
