He is survived by: his wife Pat Poe; his sons, Clay Poe (Shonda) and James Matthews (Regina); his siblings, Rayford Poe (Shirley) and Glenda Gibson (Paul); his grandchildren, CJ, Noah, Vallie, Tiffany and Whitney; his great grandchildren, Landon, Olivia, Hudson, Rayden, Easton and Evelyn; his nieces, Penny Evans and Chasity Gibson; and his nephew Chris Poe.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home - Stevenson (45015 AL-277, Stevenson, AL 35772). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery (4863 Co Rd 75, Bridgeport, AL 35740).
