She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster Guinn and Ora Gamble Guinn; and her husband Roy Thomas Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Tommy (Barbara) of Scottsboro, Jimmy (Rita) of Tennessee, Wally (Jamie) of Stevenson, Mary of Chattanooga and Bill (Joan) of Oklahoma. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 11 Great grandchildren.
