He was predeceased by: his parents, JC Davis and Pauline Davis; and his brothers, Bill, Rayford and Eli Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Davis; his children, Billy Davis (Misty), James Davis (Courtney), Ben Davis (Erin Moss) and Jenny Davis (Jerry Payne); and his brother Jeff Davis (Trish). He is also survived by grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
