He was predeceased by: his wife Lydia Gaye Garner; and his parents, Aub Garner and Elizabeth Garner. He is survived by: his son Blaine Garner (Sharon); his grandson Korbin Garner (Kelly Goins); his great grandchildren, Weston Garner, Adelyn Garner, Zayne Goins, Russlyn Goins and Mason Havner; and his sisters, Ann Rich, Joan Leroy and Pat Rhymer (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
