He was predeceased by: his parents, David Crabtree and Joann Crabtree; and his brother Johnny Michael Crabtree. He is survived by: his wife Kristie Crabtree; his children, Kassie Price (Chris), Kris Crabtree (Melinda), Kaleb Crabtree and Karson Crabtree; his grandchildren, Riley, Chloe, Eli Britton, Kaelynn Little, Cody Bailey, Kalli, Kassidy Holder and Cole Price; and his siblings, James Crabtree (Frances), Donald Crabtree (Deb), Roger Crabtree (Stacey), Tina Crabtree, Brenda Holcomb and Deborah Crabtree.
