He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Franklin and John Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Jacque Franklin; and his siblings, John W. Franklin (Louise), Roger Franklin (Sue), David Franklin (Robin), Tommy Franklin (Paula), Mickey Franklin (Wendy), Michael Franklin (Margaret), Carol Grier and Sharon Batson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
