He was predeceased by: his father Troy Kendall. He is survived by: his girlfriend Nelda Hanson; his children, Amber Kendall, Micah Kendall and Mitchell Kendall; his grandchildren, Joel Kendall, Ryan Kendall, Baley Kendall, Raelynn Ogle and Karly Kendall; his mother Gladys Kendall; and his sister Linda Land (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
