She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Belzer, Jr.; her parents, Stephen Buckley and Ina Putman Buckley; and her sister Jean Dill. She is survived by: her children, Ina Baswell and Frank Belzer III. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
