He was predeceased by: his sister Betty Campbell; his daughter Sylvia Blythe; and his parents, Luther Blythe and Bernice Lesley Blythe. He is survived by: his wife Debra Perry Blythe; his children, Crystal Fadale, Scottie Blythe (Nicole) and Gail Blythe (Bill); and his siblings, Diann Rogers (Frank), Judy Blythe Tipton (Charles), Tommy Blythe (Janice), Stanley Blythe (Julia), Rickey Blythe (Joyce) and Alethia Helton (Jackie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
