He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl "Tip" and Geneva Tipton (Jack); and his brother Carl Wayne Tipton. He is survived by: his wife Karen Tidmore Tipton; his sons, Scott Tipton (Karen Inez), Mark Tipton (Kristi Anne) and Brad Tipton (Amanda Dawn); his grandchildren, Amber Alisabeth Tipton (Dylan), Caleb Tipton, Dorsett Tipton, Jacie Mahala Davis (Brent), Jaken Tipton, Braven Tipton and Gracie Bickle; his great grandchild Adalyn Davis; his brother Donny Tipton (Linda); and his nephews, Barry Tipton, Steven Tipton, Josh Tipton, Russ Wise, Jon Tidmore and Eric Tidmore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Cancer Research Children's Hospital or to Reeves Grove Historical Building Fund.
