He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shirley Melton; his children, Cole Melton (Cristina), Wade Cooper (Kelly), Dessa Curtis (Matthew) and Shannon Robinson (Cody); his siblings, Gerald Melton, Jean Hall and Rose Nealy; and his grandchildren, Kade, Chael Melton, Taylor, Kyle Cooper, Jaylan, Austin Boyington, Max, Zack Curtis, Conner, Carlie Jo and Brenner Robinson.
