He is survived by: his wife Faye Ellen Fowler Trawick of Stapleton, AL; his sons, Leslie Charles Phillips (Gloria) of Spanish Fort, AL, Cary Mark Phillips (Darlene) of Mobile, AL and Phil Blair (Jena) of Villa Rica, GA; his sister Melba Banning of Stapleton, AL; his grandchildren, April, Adam, Casey, Emily, Forrest and Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Gideon and Murphy.
