She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Wilson and Ceila Wilson; and her siblings, L. T. Wilson, Hubert Wilson, Mary Dee Melton, Marie Smith, Onree Wilson, Dorothy Nichols, Marjorie Blair, Clyde Wilson, Virginia Harris and Charles Wilson.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Melton; her son Donald Melton (Patty); her grandchildren, Cindy Paul (Richard) and Jonathan Melton (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Abbi, Josie, Thomas and Jasper; and her siblings, Henry Wilson (Maxine), Jerrell Wilson (Shirley) and Bobbie Byrd (George). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
