It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Nell Duncan of Spruce Pine, Alabama, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tressie Kelley Duncan and Arcie Duncan; and her sister Jean Mayfield. She is survived by: her sister Barbara Cooper (William); her brother-in-law Jack Mayfield; and her nieces and nephews, Cindy Mayfield Fox (Tommy), Chris Mayfield (Debbie), Sonya Wood (Brett), Mandy Davis (Chris), Mike Cooper, Carla Cooper and Lexi Taylor (Will). She is also survived by numerous great-nieces, nephews, and cousins.
