He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his sons, Michael Lee, Donnie (Robin) and Ricky (Susan); and his grandchildren, Lee Fugate (Amber), Michael Fugate (Olivia), Jennifer Fugate (Elvis Lovell), Trent Fugate (Juanita), Jacob Malone (Summer), Eric Fugate (Ashley), Nikki Murray (Matt), Jeremiah Malone (Amber) and Kalenna Malone (Tom Nichols).
