He was predeceased by: his father Ambrose "Andy" Blevins; and his wife Joann Blevins. He is survived by: his mother Earnestine "Pat" Blevins; his children, Jamie Blevins (Tina) and Tim Blevins; his siblings, Donald Blevins (Belinda), Robert Blevins (Christine), Mickey Blevins (Tammy), Chris Blevins, Deborah Adair (Roger) and Sherry Madden (Mike); and his grandchildren, Jordan Fairchild and Justin Blevins. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
