She was predeceased by: her parents, Dearl Witt and Zelia Louise Witt (Purvis); and her brothers, James and Carl Witt. She is survived by: her husband Freddy Hovater; her children, Penny Hovater (Sammie) of Washington and Chuck Hovater (Rita Wright); her grandchildren, Rachel Pickett, Meagan Williamson, Amber Doty and Kala Hovater; and her siblings, Mildred Caudle, Glen Witt, Paul Witt and Larry Witt. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
