She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Cotton" and Lula Chambers; and her siblings, James Chambers, Shirley Quillen, Bertha Elledge and John Chambers.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne West; her children, Tammy Hodge Willis and Brian Hodge; her grandchildren, Emaree Gail Willis and Caleb Willis; her niece Teresa Alsbrooks (David); and her great-nephew Clint Duncan. She is also survived by other nieces & nephews, and a host of friends.
