He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fleming, Betty Chisholm, Earnest and Willie Smith; and his uncle Herman Smith.
He is survived by: his parents, Sherman Smith and Betsy Smith; his brother Mike Smith (Tab); and his nieces, Lindsay Crunk (Micah), Heather Smith and Kaia Crunk.
