He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Ozbirn and Marjorie Louise Ozbirn; his siblings, Brenda Ozbirn and Loyd Ozbirn; and his son-in-law Lance Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Dianne Welborn Ozbirn; his children, Cindy Taylor, Shonya Moore (Blake), Scarlett Ozbirn, Destin Ozbirn (Kate), Ivy Hallman (Levi) and Dylan Collins; his grandchildren, Zach Taylor, Paige Taylor, Victoria Fretwell, Courtland Hallman, Gatlin Lee and Campson Hallman; and his brother Lowell Ozbirn (Sarah). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
