She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Grissom Forsythe (Jeff) and Andrea Grissom Wade (Ryan) of Gravel Hill, Alabama.; her grandchildren, Henry Forsythe (Hank) of Washington, DC, Holly Renfrow (Cody) of Gravel Hill, AL, Logan Forsythe of Auburn, AL and Justin Wade of Gravel Hill, AL; her great grandchild Miles Ray Renfrow; and her sister Starlene Jack.
