She was predeceased by: her husband Ambrose Blevins Jr.; her parents, Floyd Bray and Frances Bray; her children, Randolph Blevins (Joann) and Kimberly June Blevins; her grandson Jeffrey Adair; and her son-in-law Roger Adair.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Blevins (Christine), Deborah Adair (Roger), Donald Blevins (Belinda), Mickey Blevins (Tammy), Sherry Madden (Mike) and Brian Chris Blevins; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Smith. She is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, twenty-seven great- great- grandchildren and three great- great- great grandchildren on the way, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
