She is survived by: her husband Michael Horton; her daughter Ashley Horton; her siblings, James Montgomery Mayfield Jr., Rina Bailey (Chris), Missy Nobinger (Jeff), Angela Hatton and Sherry Walker (Dan); her sister-in-law Dianne Swann; her nieces and nephews, Alex Hamilton (Brooke), Luke Bailey (Alisha), Heath Hatton (Sarah), Heather Kennamore, Haley Hand (Darren) and BreeAnn Pennington (Matt); and her siblings-in-law, Don and Genice Adams.
