He is survived by: his wife Pat Templin; his daughters, Kathy Creekmore (Roger), Traci Thomas (Walter) and Tammy Cameron (Jimmie); his grandchildren, Meagan Baker (Chris), Amanda Lindsey (Zack) and Kelsey Kourmoulis (Tim); his great grandchildren, Lexie, Waylon, Greyson, Henry, Maggie and Brooklyn; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
