He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Walker and Lola Walker; his daughter Leisl Pierce; and his grandson Brenden Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Walker; his daughter Laurel Berryhill (Donald); his grandchildren, Alyssa Heflin and Dale Berryhill; his great grandchildren, Michael Allan Heflin and Ava Grave Heflin; and his siblings, Lyle Walker (Myra), Sophia Arrington and Carol Parsley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
